The owner met us and explained everything. The location was marvellous in front of bushes, and had everything you needed. Further, we were near to the beach, pubs/takeaways/restaurants and railway station, Brighton and shops, take aways, restaurants.

there was a bath in the private bathroom. margaret was the best host ever.

We stayed 2 lovely nights here and did not want to leave there. A stovetop, kitchenware, and a washing machine were provided. Margaret made everything for all of us.

It truly felt like a home away from home. the host, Margaret, has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. From ear plugs in the bedrooms to spare toothbrushes in the bathroom, she has provided all the necessary amenities. the kitchen was stocked with essentials like ground coffee, milk, eggs, and bread, so we didn't have to shop immediately. the lounge had a very comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. Margaret was also very welcoming and flexible with our delayed arrival time. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely book again. Cons: Not obvious to find. 🧭.

Good location, well-equipped rooms. Extremely comfy bed with feather pillows. Breakfast with the wide assortment. Setting close enough to the centre of Lancing, and the beach. Btw, located close to railway station. Easy access to the rainbow cafe, just 10 minutes walk...

I recently stayed at the 2 Bedrooms Apartment with Free Parking for a weekend getaway. Margaret, the host, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even adjusting our check-in time due to traffic delays. She had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with everything we could need for a drink and light snack, including gluten-free bread. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could want, from phone chargers to board games. Margaret provided us with helpful instructions for our journey and gave us a thorough briefing upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of Worthing and Brighton. I would highly recommend Margaret's accommodation to others and definitely plan on returning.
